All made for a quite comfortable stay. I enjoyed perfect features and late check-out. Lots of places to eat nearby, including Rajaz Kebab House.

We loved that it was spotless. Our communication with courteous staff was excellent. Admirable service and early check in too. Their breakfast was fine - fine products. Garden was small and view was splendid.

Wi-Fi was bad.

Glad we choose it, it was amazing base for visiting Leeds. We had free WiFi, which was cool. The possibility to use a kitchen 24 hours is a bonus. The host was kind, and the location was absolutely great! Wonderful experience.
